4:00 PM – Check-In and Welcome                                                                   Relax, take a walk and partake in a welcome drink and sweet treat with your fellow retreat participants

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Retreat Kick-off: Introduction and Icebreaker Activities                                                                                         7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Welcome Dinner: Healthy and Hearty
9:00 PM: Opening Ceremony: Setting Intentions for the Weekend

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Morning Yoga and Meditation: Energise Your Day

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Nutrient-Packed Breakfast

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Outdoor Fitness Classes and Adventure Hike    

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch: Fresh and Wholesome  

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Guided Nature Walk: Mindful Exploration + guided journaling                    

4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Relaxation and Reflection

7:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Dinner: At a local restaurant- Kate’s cottage(not included)

9:00 PM: Social: Stories and Laughter

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Morning Wellness Session

10:30 AM – Free time

During the day tea, coffee and herbal teas will be available at all times
