Before you answer the 10 Questions, we’ve created a simple scoring system to help you decide where you are. You don’t have to score your answers but you can if you think it will help. If you don’t score it, you need to decide the areas where there’s room for improvement. If you do, your score for each question ranges from 0 to 10 as follows:

2  – Only became aware of this recently; huge scope for improvement

4  – Still scratching the surface with lots of room for improvement

Who Is The Club For?

The Forever Young Club is a 50 and over Community, but we’ll never exclude anyone under 50 who’d like to join. If one day soon you’re 50 then you’re especially welcome. The Club is for you if

You have already started your journey to develop an active, healthy, sustainable lifestyle. You like physical activity, especially walking and hiking, which you’d like to become a more important part of your lifestyle.

You’d like to improve your knowledge about one or more of our 5 core topics; physical and mental health, physical activity, nutrition, and mindset, with information you can trust, which supports an active, healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

You think The Forever Young Club is a great way to maintain an active, healthy, sustainable lifestyle and achieve your “bucket list” of goals and dreams. You realise there’s a world of opportunity out there and it’s never too late to start your journey.
