Our itinerary is crafted from decades of mountaineering expertise, ensuring a tried and tested journey.

Day 1: Depart from Dublin / Arrival in Lima
Arrive in Lima, where our guide will escort you from the airport to your hotel in the vibrant capital, a city rich in history and culture.
Day 2: Lima to Cusco 3400m.
Fly from Lima to Cusco. Settle into your hotel and acclimatize to the high altitude at 3400m.
Day 3: Cusco Leisure 3400m
Enjoy a leisurely day in Cusco. Explore at your own pace, soaking in the local culture.
Day 4: Cusco – Salkantay pass 4650m
Depart early for a scenic drive to Soraypampa, followed by a trek to Salkantay pass where you’ll enjoy the view sof the snowcapped peaks of the Vilcabamba mountains. We will set camp at Andenes, a beautiful spot surrounded by lush vegitation.
Day 5: Andenes – Lucmabamba
Today we hike along the Santa Teresa river valley. We will pass through the banana, granadilla, avocado and coffe farms. We will have a short drive to bring us to the beginning of the LIactapata Inca Trail at Lucmabamba.
Day 6: Lucmabamba – LIactapata – Machu Picchu
Today we will enjoy the views of the Machu Picchu Sanctuary from the southeast. We will walk throught the lush bamboo forests. We will geta train to Agus Calientes and spend the night.
Day 7: Machu Picchu – Cusco
Visit the iconic Machu Picchu, with an optional climb of Huayna Picchu for extraordinary views. We will have a guided tour of the “Lost cit of the Incas”
In the evening we will get a train to OIIantaytambo. Then a private transfer to Cusco.
Day 8: Cusco-(Vincunca optional tour)
Enjoy optional activities or relax in the city, absorbing more of its enchanting atmosphere.
Day 9: Cusco – Lima – Depart
Day 10: Arrive Dublin
