8.30 am Morning Meditation – Lake Meditation
9 am Breakfast – provided
10 am Meditation – Body Scan
11.00 am Morning Break
11.20 am Meditation – Sitting Meditation
12-noon Mindful Walking – Inside and Outside
1 pm Lunch
2 pm Forest Walk – with Instructor
4/5 pm Flow Writing – Journaling
5 pm Free Time – Walk/Sit/Journal/Chat
7 pm Dinner – Local restaurant/pub
8 pm Free for the evening
